Faith 75 is operated by Anthony Kroeger, a sole trader based in Australia. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles and, where they apply to you, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
1. What we collect
- Account details: when you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We never see your password.
- Quiz answers: your intensity level, motivation, how you’re feeling and the name you’d like us to use. Before you pay, these live only in your browser; after you start, they’re saved to your account to build your plan.
- Challenge activity: which daily tasks you tick off, your start date and timezone, grace days used.
- Community content: posts, photos, reactions and reports you make in the feed. Progress photos on the “Me” tab are private to you.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan, status and renewal date. We never receive or store your card number.
- Usage analytics: page views and funnel events (for example “paywall viewed”, “checkout started”) collected with PostHog, including approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type.
2. How we use it
To run the challenge and show you your plan and progress; to operate the community feed; to bill you and manage your subscription; to keep the Service safe (moderation, abuse and fraud prevention); to understand how people move through the app so we can improve it; and to contact you about your account. We don’t sell your data and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
- Stripe (payments, merchant of record): your email and payment details, as needed to process subscriptions and taxes.
- Google / Apple (sign-in): only the authentication handshake.
- Vercel (hosting), PlanetScale (database) and Cloudflare (photo storage, DNS): infrastructure that stores and serves the Service. Data is hosted in the United States.
- PostHog (analytics): usage events as described above.
- Other members: your display name, profile picture, challenge day and anything you post to the feed are visible to other Faith 75 members. Nothing else is.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our members.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small number of first-party cookies for analytics. We don’t use advertising cookies.
5. How long we keep it
Account and challenge data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account we remove your profile, activity, posts and photos within 30 days; billing records are kept for 7 years as required by Australian tax law. Analytics data is retained for 12 months.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@faith75.com. You can delete your own posts and photos in the app at any time. If you’re in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority; in Australia, to the OAIC.
7. Children
Faith 75 is for people aged 16 and over. If you believe a younger child has created an account, email us and we’ll remove it.
8. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit, data is encrypted at rest by our providers, and access to production systems is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you, we’ll notify you as required by law.
