Faith 75 (“we”, “us”) is operated by Anthony Kroeger, a sole trader based in Australia. These terms govern your use of faith75.com and the Faith 75 challenge (the “Service”). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to them.
1. What Faith 75 is
Faith 75 is a 75-day faith and wellness challenge: daily Scripture reading, prayer, movement, hydration, a daily fast and a community feed. It is a digital service delivered through your browser. It is not medical, nutritional, fitness or pastoral advice. Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise or fasting program, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use Faith 75. You sign in with Google or Apple; keep that account secure, and let us know at hello@faith75.com if you think someone else has used it. You’re responsible for everything posted from your account.
3. Subscriptions, billing and trials
- Faith 75 is sold as a recurring subscription: weekly (billed every 7 days) or yearly (billed every 12 months). Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency.
- The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you are charged for the first year. Weekly plans are charged immediately.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the “Me” tab → Manage subscription, or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment itself, and charges on your statement will appear under Stripe/Faith 75.
- Refunds: we don’t offer refunds for partial billing periods. If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we’ll sort it out. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
4. The community feed
The feed is for encouraging other women doing the challenge. Don’t post anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, harassing, spammy, or that promotes disordered eating or self-harm. Don’t post other people’s personal information or photos without permission. We may remove posts or suspend accounts that break these rules, without notice. Posts can be reported by other members and are hidden automatically after repeated reports.
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and resize your posts and photos so we can run the Service. Progress photos you upload on the “Me” tab are private to you and are never shown to other members.
5. Our content
The Faith 75 name, sparrow, design, plans and copy are ours. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial participation in the challenge. Scripture quotations are used under the applicable publisher permissions.
6. Availability and changes
We’ll do our best to keep Faith 75 running, but it’s provided “as is” and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we’ll refund the unused portion of any yearly subscription.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Faith 75, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@faith75.com; we’ll remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may close accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Questions go to hello@faith75.com. We may update these terms; if the change is material we’ll let you know in the app before it takes effect.
